Jasper Walshe Jasper Walshe

Jasper is an experienced Corporate and Executive Coach having spent many years working with senior executives and business owners in banking and wealth management.

Throughout his 15 years of banking and advisory roles, a theme emerged – working with leaders, helping them establish a specific targeted outcome and developing a strategy to achieve it.

Endeavouring to shape his own career more formally around these proven skills and areas of keen interest, Jasper qualified as a Corporate and Executive Coach. He combines his relative youth and recent frontline corporate experience to his advantage by bringing a fresh, energised, challenging yet compassionate approach to his coaching clients’ mandates.

He enjoys strong results with driven senior level executives and leadership teams. Their development through transitional periods is of particular interest to Jasper as he encourages them to leverage their unique strengths in creating effective habits to achieve their short medium and long term vision of success.

He passionately believes that the individual and team will excel when working towards a shared vision with the organisation, to which the individual’s core strengths, learned skills and values are aligned. Getting his clients to this point of increased self-awareness, clarity and conviction is where Jasper gets most personal fulfilment.

Jasper holds a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching & a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching from The Coaching Academy. He is also a Chartered member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment & Level 6 qualified in Private Client Investment Advice and Management.

Outside of work he is passionate about Rugby, food, fun with family and friends, live music and holidaying in the West of Ireland.

 

 

Nicky Blatch Nicky Blatch

Nicky Blatch is a highly experienced consultant and coach who has specialised in helping organisations to maximising the power of people, to ensure sustainable growth and with over 20 years experience in both UK and International roles, within a variety of organisations, the foundations of that experience are considerable. Having started her career with Majestic Wines learning the power of building great teams and the benefits this can harness within any organisation, Nicky’s mantra, which has stayed with her since that time is; “if you love what you do your customers will love what you do”. Building on this premise, Nicky has worked successfully with organisations and their leaders to develop truly engaged, powerful workforces that can deliver growth, even in some of the most challenging situations.

Nicky was educated at Brighton University achieving a BA Hons in Hotel & Catering Management, but also succeeding in attaining the Wines & Spirits Higher Certificate where she had chosen to specialise the early part of her career. She later achieved her CIPD Diploma in 2000 and is now a Fellow of the CIPD.

Nicky has been proud to be involved with organisations that have been both Fortune 500 companies and organisations that have regularly be ranked in “The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for”, understanding that these two elements are in many ways inextricably linked.

As a working Mum of a 10 year old boy, Nicky splits her time, like so many, between a great career supporting a variety of clients and a variety of activities that she can enjoy with her son.

 

 

Paul Deeprose Paul Deeprose

Paul’s commitment to people development stems from a broad career beginning in Retail, moving through the food industry running a family business and spending many years recruiting senior HR professionals into some of the world’s best known organisations. He now focuses on executive and career coaching, supporting individuals and teams to optimise their careers, to derive professional growth, confidence and fulfilment in all they do.

He is driven by the pleasure of seeing his clients have ‘light bulb moments’ that genuinely change their lives; whether starting their own business, finding a completely new career path or gaining employment or promotion within their dream organisation.

Paul is a qualified Executive Coach with level A&B accreditation and has an energetic, encouraging and empowering style, whether helping in CV writing, career visioning or interview coaching.

 

 

Christina Johnson Christina Johnson

Christina is an Executive Coach and experienced HR professional.  During a career in HR working within professional services, market research and banking, her interest in helping employees thrive within their chosen career led her to focus on development and coaching.  Qualifying from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and supplemented with further study at the Gestalt Centre and with John Lees, she is an accredited user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and will commence studying for the Practitioner Diploma in NLP in early 2016.

Her emphasis is on holistically supporting individuals through professional transitions of all types by offering coaching and development tailored to specific needs.  In addition, she works with women returning to work following maternity leave or career breaks.  Whether you’re considering a change of role, are looking to recharge your goals after a period of transition, or are simply looking to be more effective in what you’re already doing, her coaching sessions will identify your key drivers and support you with planning positive steps for action in areas including relationships, communication, leadership, management and personal effectiveness.

Outside work, Christina has a keen interest in nutrition and yoga and has studied with Future Fit and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.  She is also studying traditions of yoga and meditation bringing the principle of mindful awareness and integration to my day-to-day coaching work with senior professionals.

 

 

Kaye James Kaye James

Kaye is a Transformational Coach with 20+ years experience of working with people of all ages and backgrounds; using coaching and drama-based techniques to build confidence and enhance skills. “It’s not about telling somebody how to play their part, but facilitating the discovery of their own role. In the language they choose to use, it’s about challenging how their perceptions and assumptions help or hinder their success. Whatever ‘success’ means to them.

”Kaye specialises in team and group facilitation. Having personally managed and trained teams in a business environment (Sales and Civil Enforcement), she brings a true depth of knowledge in this area and her unique background and creative approach has brought powerful results to those wishing to gain the confidence and skills to make significant changes in both a work and life context.
